This Agreement governs your use of the Psychic Sense Mobile Application, (including all related documentation, the “Application”) and your use of the Psychic Sense web site (“Website”) (collectively, the Application and the Website are referred to as the “Service”). The Application is licensed, not sold, to You, on the terms below.

BY ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT:

YOU ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND ARE OTHERWISE CAPABLE OF FORMING LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL OR USE THE APPLICATION AND DELETE IT FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE.

The terms and conditions below limit Our liability and obligations to You and allow Us to change, suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Service at any time in Our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to read the following terms and conditions, along with any other policies on Our website including, but not limited to Our Privacy Policy and Our Advisor Terms and Conditions. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AS WELL AS ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN OUR OTHER POLICIES AND AGREEMENTS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU. If any of the terms of Our other policies conflict with the Terms here, the Terms provided here will control.

THESE TERMS APPLY TO ALL VISITORS, CLIENTS, ADVISORS AND OTHERS WHO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE. You understand and agree that your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. Additional terms and conditions apply to Advisors and their use of the Service to which they must read and agree to prior to using the Service.

PSYCHIC SENSE MOBILE APPLICATION

The Service is a marketplace that brings advice-seekers and independent, professional psychic advisors (“Advisor(s)”) together through text or video. It allows You to search for, engage and submit questions to Advisors who provide personalized psychic advice.

BOSPHORUS MOBILE, LLC IS A SOFTWARE COMPANY THAT BUILT THE PSYCHIC SENSE PLATFORM TO CONNECT ADVISORS AND ADVICE-SEEKERS - IT DOES NOT DIRECTLY OFFER OR SELL ANY PSYCHIC ADVICE OR SERVICE.

You understand that any information provided to You by any Advisor is strictly for general entertainment purposes and that any consultation with any Advisor or any information provided by any Advisor is not a substitute for the advice and counsel of a qualified professional. We do not provide the Advisors with your personal information, such as your real name or email address, but may forward your nickname, date of birth and/or gender in connection with facilitating the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of a reading or any other advice exchanged.

WE PROHIBIT DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION TO OTHER USERS, INCLUDING CLIENTS AND ADVISORS. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, PHONE NUMBERS, ADDRESSES, AND E-MAIL ADDRESSES. IF YOU PROVIDE CONTACT INFORMATION TO ANOTHER USER, CLIENT OR ADVISOR, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK AND YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE SUBJECT TO TERMINATION.
